This position is an integral part of our process. Junior Production Technicians are tasked with assisting in the handling, coating, dewax, and preparation of ceramic shells for the lost wax casting process as well as some post-casting tasks such as chip-off, sandblasting, and rough grinding of castings before fine finishing. Candidates should be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds comfortably.
